(2) You have the information from the horses mouth on this one but for some reason you continue to uglify the truth.
(3) The governance issues have been addressed - read through the recent company announcements and attend the AGM.
(4) Delays are expected - unnecessary distractions such as the rebel shareholders and things like the GFC and GFCII have now been successfully navigated.
(5) Gogate is being sorted - payment will be made.
Anyone with intelligence - as you say - will see right through the boy who cried wolf statements. ASIC, LUYE PHARMA and the Singaporean government have all done their due dilligence and investigative work - AG has Nusep Holdings working like a finely uned machine.
I will listen to the drivers and navigators FactorX not back seat disenfranchised passengers.
