RB,
I am not a BoQ shareholder and I have no information on what occurred with the bonus/loss situation.
However, to compare NuSep (a start up company that has NEVER made a true profit!) to BoQ (an established long term profitable business) is absolutely ridiculous. There is no comparison!
If that is the best argument you have for the NuSep directors bonuses then I suggest that you look more closely at the accounts.
Bonuses, fees for loans on top of interest on loans, cheap share issues etc. etc and still no profit OR return to shareholders.
The only returns being achieved by NuSep stakeholders are the directors - in spades - and the returns are ursary to say the least!
