I don't see any particular reason for the AGM to be anything special. The board and management have secured their position by issuing cheap or unpaid shares to themselves.

This has been their MO and last year was a great example. The whole Gohgate affair was created to thwart the so-called 'rebels' and was executed days before the AGM with not a single cent paid and all of the shares voted. Mr Goodall owned a lot of options at that time, so one needs to ask if he was involved in what might appear to be a conspiracy against ordinary shareholders like me, MM, Kosenar? Months later, Mr Goodall was appointed to teh board. This year they got a little bit ahead of the game and issued shares in the month or so before the meeting.
