    with the resignation of marius kloppers from bhp, and the planned succession - then the focus should be on all companies, and and the plans that they have for succession.

    given the age of the head man from gda, then the market should be made aware, if anybody is being groomed to take over. a smooth changeover will lead to a stable shareprice
