My concern is the 2010 Annual Report on p.6 where they state in relation to debt that: "...furthermore the Board has engaged corporate advisors to assist in implementing a Capital Management programme that will enable simplification of the current funding facilities, a reduction in onging costs and better position the company for organic and where appropriate, earnings accretive acquisitive growth."
I'm not sure what this means? (does this suggest an equity raising at some stage to fund acquistion?) The share price plummeted on Friday, but this was on miniscule volume - $40 worth, so not sure what you can take from that.
Also the AGM has been delayed to finalise details surrounding a potential acquisition?
I like the company but I'm just not sure what's up with things at the moment.
Anyway, just my opinion and I'm not a holder - just generally interested in PRG, RUB and HUM.
It would be interesting to hear from holders.
