Thats standard reporting bollocks. Yes, they are technically funded for that program but it doesnt stop them chasing funds for other ambitions and they're not going to blow all their money before rattling the tin again either. Thats not how any of this works.
Cap raises usually follow intention to drill news like today- thats how they induce the money in. I'm all for it anyway.
