Yes I would agree Hey2 and might make a sensible comment if only I could focus my mind on the task in hand rather than trying to work out why it was so difficult for you to pass those female cyclists that you posted over on VIC. I suppose we ought to be pleased that you were so willing to share the road with them and not startle them into having an accident by hooning past them.
Anyway to more serious but less daydreamy matters.
I do find it disagreeable that HDY is not prepared to advise ordinary shareholders what they are proposing to the ASX in order to avoid having the ASX delist the company. Surely you would think that they would be seeking the support of shareholders by revealing the extent to which they are attempting to placate the ASX's concerns. Surely, if they are concerned about their valued shareholders, then that is the least that they could do. It is a matter of courtesy to their shareholders and an honest display of good faith to reveal the detail of what is proposed.
Of course, their reluctance to release the details of their request for consideration to the ASX may be a sign that their efforts do not amount to much or would not stand up to much scrutiny by ordinary shareholders who have shown their willingness to stand up and be counted by forming a strong group demanding to be heard as well. If the BOD's efforts could be seen publicly then the shareholder group may have even more reason to be baying for blood and gathering further strength.
