You know what this is what I think and it may be so misplaced its not funny, but I would entertain that they have allot of value tied up in all their tenements that have not been developed and that they wanted to devalue that as far as they can so they can cream it in the long run and now with all of this enquiry that is taking place they realise they cant play that game any more and may be "forcibly" removed by the "majority" of shareholders and they see their golden egg being investigated. They were going to wait till it piddled to nothing and then pounce on everyone who would then just want to get out with what they had but it has gone south. No Milking this bull. All IMO but if this smells just realise it was a brain-fart without punctuation anyway.
