Monzy, yes I am part of the action to call for the meeting to resolve to remove the directors and appoint the new ones and Bryan has been emailing me the paperwork to sign and send back. I will join the Skype group now so we don’t discuss matters here on this public forum that the current BOD can monitor. I am no lawyer but the notices we signed complies with Corporatuons Law and the substance of the intent to remove the BOD can’t be disputed. They will try and dig in now and fight to save their life style salaries at all costs which we have funded so the sooner they go the better and then the ASX may relist the company if funding can be secured so not trading insolvent, but come this far thanks to Bryan and his team, we are not going without a fight in accordance with the law, cheers, BernardF.
