Announcement just released from HDY BOD saying the S.249D notice does not comply with the technical requirements of the Corporations Act and is invalid and discussions with the proponents of the notice with a view to having them withdraw the notice. They ignored it and the ASX has sent them a please explain.
Looks like they are playing legal games here which is not unexpected. Would like to know the basis of the discussions?
Meantime cash is running low .....
