Party A got shares CHM for no consideration. Sold them and invested in Nicu and thats one big co-incidence. What services did party A deliver and why didnt they appear on the stand to prove what services were provided.
Your explanations are getting fairly far fetched.
Without the Cadetta deal, without the share issues, without the cash are you 100% sure MMX would have got the deal over the line.
