Think you're being a bit unfair Gwaihir. They're not saying they can run it better than the current Chairman, but instead that there are other Chairman who could. A good Chairman would never tell shareholders to sell and go away.

Changing Chairman does not destroy the business. It puts a new perspective on it.

Yes revenue has grown, but profitability on this revenue has been low and the forecast is for the profit margin to decline further. That is not the way to build a sustainable business or to grow the share price.

Throw in high executive salaries and Board fees, poor communication and a plummeting share price, and I think there is cause for questions.
