    I have tried to find out but Pattos are tight lipped but my guess is they have another 50 to 55 mill shares to ensure a seat at the table. I don't see them exercising options.
    (disclaimer, i am not following HC much for the last 2 months and have missed 99% of posts unfortunately. Its just too busy with lots of less valuable posts and so, to time consuming to continue)
