There certainly is value in this company's holdings. Two advanced projects forming a large ground holding in a region which which still has many discoveries to come.
The Kalman deposit (in particular) and the Pilgrim Fault Zone (in general)appears to have a lot of potential. I'm sure you are aware of the SMD and KMN (CJO) releases in 2008-2009 which documented some large intercepts that Kings Minerals got at Kalman.
The new management should now be settled. I am concerned with the level of executive remuneration and number of senior management versus reported field activities but its OK if they can supply positive outcomes for shareholders. This is yet to happen. From my viewpoint I don't want to hear any more talk of "skin in the game". Most long term SMD shareholders already have the grafts in place now and are in the recovery ward.
Management does have a good track record. I hope that they can gain some positive momentum early this year so the emphasis returns to the projects.
