my goodness-speak about humble pie.

my only excuse is that i was so upset with negative postings that i looked up the wrong company chart .

i now agree with your sentiments wholeheartedly.

ps- i myself am not a punter as the name suggests, but something that could accrue my wealth at 19% virtually without risk, sounds very tempting.

what concerns me though is when i started posting here a short while ago, the SP was around $40 with virtually no volume.
the acquisition was finalized after that and the SP is now 8% up.

posters here were also concerned about issues which created self doubt and i was not familiar with REH, so it made me raise an eyebrow.

ps- would you consider Bunnings a future threat ? they could easily extend their plumbing offerings and at discount prices?

i must admit the Intelligent Investor had humongous praise for the REH business model, but they could never recommend it as a 'Buy" because it was one of those shares that basically never really dipped to their elusive 'Buy' zone.

well, that's it from me-Crazypunter was put in his place, but then again, this could be just the start of a new 'financial' awakening.
