For example, you've made no contribution to my pointing you to the CAPM model as the right way to value REH (I even included a pretty picture for you so that you didn't have to think too hard), and one which came to a starkly different conclusion to your sweeping - and totally unsubstantiated - assertion of REH's valuation being "ridiculously high".

Nor have you attempted to answer my question about why I thought that REH's dividend payout is - in fact - too high (as opposed to your assertion that it is too low).
