Centro China has been getting ripped off in Africa for years by despots and dictators and corrupt pollies when they went in there trying to get a cheap supply of resources,kept quiet from the market.
Why is this case?
Name how many major mines are producing and delivering directly to China in large amounts at present.
What makes you think the south american leaders will be any more benevolent to the chinese.
Chinese are once bitten twice shy in setting up a consistent supply from the third world which is why proximity and consistency in delivery and supply will always hold Aussie miners in good stead.
Any other opinion is frankly treason....
