Cutsnake if you read the announcement on 22nd of september 2009 you will see ORP received:
"1. The immediate placement of 38,221,409 shares at $0.04 per share to raise $1,528,856 within 7
days"
Which was paid within the 7 days as stated by the Appendix 3b released on the 29 september 2009, all shares issued are held by MAC, the rest of the funds will come once approved at the Extraordinary General Meeting.
