Don't know where you got the figure of 26 from, but like ALL sites people come and people go.
When people leave, you lose some experience, but then you gain a lot when new people come - Look at our improvements already....
Will we make it? We are going to give it the best shot we can. There are still a lot of excellent staff there, and we will attract more good staff.
