I was watching this on etrade pro and I really do suspect that it's not a fault but it is deliberate, no proof though of course

PIH has been awash with the bot disease for a long time now and the tricks I have watched almost leave me speechless, so this is why I believe this is just another one in their bag of tricks

There is definite accumulation going on ATM so it's quite obvious that someone doesn't want the price to get away just yet, but if I wasn't stocked up with these and I was still buying I probably would be thankful for their help
