Apologies, I posted this in the general thread, and the stock is PIH

In the lowest price line of the sell queue the quantity showing of 227 was being placed for just less than 1 second then disappears, then approx 1 second later it's back again for a split second then off again, this was continuing for at least 5 minutes, maybe a bit longer.

It appears at first glance that there is constant volume movement in the lowest total sell price, in this case of 4.01, it's actually hard to notice what is really going on until you take note, this was very hard to get a screen shot because the 227 was just flashing up on screen before disappearing every time, but most people may not notice that it's the same sell trade being placed on/off.

First time I've seen this, has anyone else?

If I didn't expand the sell queue (and a lot of people can't expand the buy and sell lines), I would never have known what on earth was going on here at around 3:45 to 3:55pm today
