with respects to conviction - given you got in pre-IPO you must have some connection to the Company - i'd pick up the phone and hear first hand from the CEO or any board member for that matter as to why you should be more positive and support the stock, and supportive of the process the management team needs to run to get this opportunity back on track.

I'd also ask them to enlighten you on who one of the key funders is who has stepped up ie Thundering Herd, no one just drops $2.95m without having conviction. they aren't doing it for a 15%pa yield but risking over $2m capital if it all goes bust if there isn't value or upside in this investment.

I suggest that everyone does better research rather than making sensationalist and more often uninformed and incorrect statements as those that do will be met with ridicule and be scoffed at - no different to when someone adding a worthwhile view is praised and thanked.
