According to Landbridge Info Line, if s/h accept offer we get paid no later than 1 month after Offer goes Unconditional.
Actually, the Offer says "within ......"   (Clause 13.4 of Offer)

So if you accept on 27 June 2014 you get paid "within" 1 mth ie 27 July 2014.

If you accepted day offer opened on 24 April 2014, you don't get paid until "within" 1 mth ie 27 July 2014.

Has anyone who accepted the Offer been paid yet ????
