They will need cash and I said a few months ago that 2Q13 is my call. I would be surpirsed if they did it 1Q13.
Hoping for the PFS to be released which shows lower OPEX and CAPEX BEFORE a CR. Of course that's in my fairy tale world!
On the other hand they have $20m at the start of 2013, so they could also wait until 3Q13 if there is a delay in the PFS, etc, etc.
For those that are more in the know about costs, are PIR's power costs of "US$0.22 per kilowatt hour excluding capital." cheap? I haven't got time atm to hunt around and compare.
