No, I don't believe so. (Unless negative impacting events beyond YTC's control occur and as someone who paid $1.15/share for my first $100K worth of YTC stock, I've already seen the YTC sp destroyed a couple of times.) I hold a lot more YTC stock now.
This time, and always imo, there is real substance: 1) Value in the ground is proved and ongoing discoveries only grow the value more each year. 2) Permission to mine is granted. Before that was only speculation. 3) Finance to develop a mine is in place. Before that was only speculation. The sp line is rarely straight so will YTC return back to the low 30s? It might due to some outside event(s), but I don't believe it will simply because of what it has to offer.
