"then also run it over when reasonable volume started ie Jun 27th"
Hartleys certainly dominated the volume then.
On 27th June Hartleys bought 4.8m, out of 5.2m, all from Etrade.
On 28th, which was the biggest volume until last few days, Hartleys bought 3.2m from various brokers, and crossed 7m. The 7m were crossed in four lots over 25 minutes. That to me looks like one Hartley client instructing them to find 7m shares for him, which they did from 8 other clients. They were all done at the ask, i.e. the bid was at 2.1. In other words, their client basically said find me 7m shares, I will pay 2.1 cents.
K, I'm not saying this is more than vaguely interesting, but it is just another tool in the shop.
