Kick, the fundamentals are important of course, and I made that point in my post yesterday. I like its fundamental story and I do have some HAZ and hope like everyone that it pays off.
I've often seen rises in spec stocks put down to good fundamentals, but subsequent drops put down to fickle traders.
You should have seen what people were saying about FMG when it was a few cents.
As long as people are buying it, their reasons are academic.
However, on the most recent day for which broker names are available, last Tuesday, there were 6.5m shares traded and almost all were bought and sold by Commsec, CMC, and some by Etrade. Hartleys bought 229000 shares, and crossed a few more.
On the previous Friday, Hartleys were pretty solid sellers. Of several large lots.
Next week we will see who was pushing the price up yesterday.
