Hi osca, you might be able to help. If I decide to take shares in Aegis, at what price (aegis shares that is) can we take them up at. I see the exchange rate is set at the 28th July, does that mean it is the share price of Aegis at that time too? or do we have to wait till everything is finalised.

Thinking of taking up the shares because i just feel MCU is more than just a company to the Mitchell family and this move is very strategic. The fact that Harold has not totally sold out gives me comfort in possibly hanging on for the ride.
