Just revisiting ELM thread after some time away and interesting turn of events. As far as I can read it here:
1) Dinghy are out- no longer substantial Shareholder, over 120 million shares sold
2) 2 board resignations! Barton and Franklyn... I may be over speculating here but dare I say they may have been involved with the Dinghy corporate action?
3) harelequin has bought over 12% of ELM for 34c! From Pala. Good riddance. Since Harelequin are original holders of ELM. Now holding about 58mill shares.
4) this has not materially affected the Share Price. In fact it has gone up steadily since march 31st.
4) Where has Dinghys shares gone to is my Q? This is about 40% shares from Dinghy about 120mill and harlequen now only own 58 million and these were from Pala. Are we expecting ANOTHER SUBTANTIAL Shareholder notice soon? And at what price?
Interesting turn of effects now and at these share prices, ELM was factored in for failure or a vulture takeover from Dinghy. Now Big Boys are paying 12million bucks, that is 34c, per share for ELM.... read between the lines... the initial announcement said for "undisclosed" price... now 3 days later, it is clear as ink - 34c. The "intent" was to leave the price until the last moment.
More announcements to come. Many on this forum have mentioned in past already about corporate players in the background - we are seeing the next rounf of play now! What will happen to ELM? You may not have long to find out. Momentum is building and we now have substantial holder paying 34c... clear as ink. Why would u sell for any less?
And what is 34c? Its less than half of what ELM is worth to a potential potash investor. :) Good Luck.
