I'd say harlequin would have put in place some kind of exclusivity agreement with pala for protection to make sure dingyi couldn't out bid them when they inevitably found out.
Dingyi would be furious about this.
It is great for all shareholders as it means dingyi will ultimately have to pay more to take us over.
