It is happening today and also occurred on Monday.
Whenever a bid is at 22 cents, a bot commences selling into the bid. It trades every 5 minutes and each bot sell trade is ~1/3rd the amount of the previous bot sell trade.
Just to prove to you, the next trade will be at 1.17pm for ~23 shares at 22 cents.
The interesting thing is it only occurs when there is a bid at 22 cents.
The only party who would be interested in keeping the price down is Dingyi.
