I'm guessing the annoucement re America could be anytime between now and June, it was last mentioned at the agm in oct I think, back then they said it would be announced within 3 months (ie by jan 2011) so it can't be far off..
They are normally pretty good with their timelines, I don't think any part of the American story is reflected in the current share price.
