100% on the money, the DSMB would halt any trial that they did not see significant benefit to the trial patient, The DSMB would be monitoring frequently Trial Patient status,, as time goes by and more patients are treated and over a longer period risk is being taken off the table in the form of no detrimental side effects have been notified ,,so silence is a nod to the fact the trials are running smoothly from Medsafes perspective..
