Goldencross - director selling got me a little nervous, but read a little further down and it wasn't a sale. Just removed his adult children from his disclosure as they are not dependents.
The future?? This company got through a very tough year and did so profitably. That provides some confidence. All charts showed income picking up over the last 3 months.
Worryingly the commentary seems to indicate management were distracted with other issues throughout the year. Thankfully they seem to be switching back on to winning new work.
"Right-sizing" - this again should ensure they remain profitable.
The big question is on their ability to win meaningful contracts? How confident are you that the world economy is improving?????
At around $1 it is cheap in my eyes, but still too much debt & uncertainty to go all-in!
