Well, take a look at Noble Energy sp and slide, and the retiring CEO Elman, and they are partners with EIG in the Harbour Energy formation. Its on Bloomberg. Look, STO is a public company and the management have to look as though they are acting in the shareholders best interest by letting these guys and gal have a peep at the books, but I dunno, I cant see intelligent people selling out to these guys. And that is probably why STO closed yesterday at $5.84 and not $6+
