I doubt the shareholders best interest is $7 considering rising oil prices and the fact the sweetened deal would be based on Santos doing some additional hedging first. I commend the BoD on their action - unless the bid is at least $10 i dont think the BoD should even waste time considering offers- if Harbour is really interested they should pay the correct price. Sort of similar to HSO - low ball offers and expecting acquisition.
