Tenement like this with current lack of interest in junior miners and their inability to raise decent cash ? There's no point in buying it if you've got no money to drill it. I'd see it getting $250k at the moment, so long as they didn't drill another hole. There's no point in buying it if you've got no money to drill it. And it looks a bit like a "drill it to kill it" tenement.
It needs a new name:
Red Duster.
Red Rooster.
Feather Duster.
