i would say ricdan its more likely to do with a "disclosure" and its wording or something, maybe because of the fact that it operates in canada but reports in australia maybe some sticking points, and they could be waiting for some adjudication from a "specialist" or ato or something
still no excuse mind you, they have had plenty of time and no doubt have countless overpaid advisors......
