Could be a variety of reasons for the move today.  The Dow continues to move up with positive news about the trade talks with China.  The smaller end of the market has been showing some signs of life in certain sectors .  Back in December the speccy stocks  looked dreadful with little interest being shown.
To the true believers VRC still represents great value at these levels.  Perhaps with the change of market sentiment there are some that have decided to buy some more cheap stock before good news actually happens.
I am still predicting  that VRC will be at least a 10c stock by years end.  I posted this recently and still stand by it.  Although the 500% gain from a few days ago has now changed to a 400% gain based on todays price.  
When it hits 3c it will be around a 300% gain. Still good compared to fixed interest.
When something is undervalued It can change quickly. The big winners are always those who are prepared to chance it . It's very easy to buy stock when all the approvals have been lodged and the money raised has been successful. But you pay a hefty premium for such things.
