Yes, obviously I hope that if they relist then they will have a good deal of some sort or ongoing funding. Unfortunately, people will be scrambling to sell, no one will be scrambling to buy. The share price will crash. Does 1c per share excite you? Not me. It could even go lower. 0.1c is the lowest possible, assuming there are buyers. Best to sell the company to someone with a large balance sheet so we can salvage some capital, in my opinion.
