Kim was (and still is I assume) Communications Manager, as listed on their website.
I for one hope that the company is never relisted. The reason is that if it is relisted then the share price will crash, whereas if the company is sold for a reasonable value then we may see a reasonable return. I'm not paying $150 to sell my shares to someone for $1. Your eyes would water (as mine are already) if you knew how many shares I had.
A Facebook group is a good idea. It can be a private group so that members of the public cannot see it. Nothing wrong with that, perfectly legal. All I ask is that we have very tight access rules. I'm not going to post my name or email address here, for various reasons. Maybe just create it and we can search for it?(There is a public Enviromission group that I have asked to join but let's not use that.)
I don't see why you need delisted.com.au to sell your shares and crystallise the loss. You can probably sell them to your mum or your cat for $1 with a $50 or so fee, just by using the off-market transfer form, available online from the ASX or through any broker.
Some basic details here:
http://www.asx.com.au/about/shares-faqs.htm#6939
The ASX form is here:
http://sraa.asn.au/forms/form23.pdf
The CommSec form is here:

If you use CommSec and transfer to a CommSec account it will cost $54. If you transfer to another broker it might even be free.
