I think I will be voting for the consolidation. I would like the SP to be closer to 1.3-1.5c because at currently levels, if it consolidates at 10c, everyone knows what a huge hurdle that is to move forward. As far as Im concerned its the market cap that is important, not the SP. Perhaps some feel that buying a share at 10c is better than 1c but I think thats pretty simple thinking.

I hold almost 4 million shares and will be voting no on all resolutions unless they can strike something significant prior to the vote. Why reward shareholder wealth destruction, you have to be kidding!!!
