Never noticed before, but in the last quarterly, the wording changed in regards to new projects. Oil projects are under consideration as well. Not sure how I feel about this, or if it will amount to anything, but it seems that oil sentiment has turned more positive of late, perhaps Paul is reminiscing about TAP??
