If I was born yesterday I would have thought that someone other than the current Board had led SPX into the current situation and Barton and Charuckj's had been engaged to get the company out of trouble.

But that's not the case. SPX is where it is today because of the management of these two, the departed Director and the former GM.

Much of the initial HREE hype was delivered by the former GM who was dumped from his job about 12 months ago. The public reports up to his departure made investors believe SPX had the next world class HREE deposits. Now, 12 months later, the tenements have been dropped. Not sold or farmed out for precious $$ but dropped.

SPX is broke. Shareholders have been duped by its Board and management in the recent past. Just read past reports and watch interviews. And wannabe's claim SPX is the next best shell to sliced bread.

It would be a significant Board action to turn this ship away from the rocks. Past performances demonstrate maybe they talk a good game but play like duffers.
