We saw a few things happen in the past 4 months:
1) Anthony Barton (chairman) - upping his stake to 16.5% of the company
2) Leonard Charuckj (director) - becoming a substantial holder with a 6.7% stake
3) Resignation of director HuiPeng Zhang who now holds 15% of the company (Widetop Mining Investments)
4) Strategic Review Outcome announcement- stating they are reviewing any new opportunities to improve the value of the company
Essentially this means the combination of Barton and Charuckj's holdings effectively control the future direction of this company.
What's more even intriguing is the credentials of both of them:
