I personally have a few mates that's currently working in Hansen. The general gist is that the company is extremely top heavy, with rewards flowing mainly at the top, the working culture is generally relaxed, laid back.

It falls on the laps of each individuals what their aims are in their career and what they expect in their job.

My mates are enjoying the work lifestyle that's provided, and the opportunity provided thus far. They seemed to be also compensated with a employee share scheme that's allocated for all the employees. Purchasing HSN shares for a fraction of the current price at a limit.

Personal feedback is that they've had no qualms with management thus far and internally they are growing with more the past acquisition and future acquisitions. So workload has been increasing the past few years but Hansen has also been rapidly growing their work force.
