I know a long term employee of Hansen and he has never made any negative comments about the company, he seems very satisfied working for them and their culture.
There are all sorts of people in the world, some don't fit into some environments well, others may.
I am not sure I would bare a lot of weight on what appears to be a vocal minority, even an extreme minority.
How many employees do they have, how many have made disgruntled comments.
I would imagine at any large company there is always going to be at least one or two people that aren't happy, that's my experience anyway.
W hen a large proportion of employees are unhappy, and results are turning negative, that's when I would be more concerned.
