    I agree but think that the Company needs that capital to build the mine.

    If, no when the Company gives Hanlong another extension it really becomes a joke. Why put in a deadline, at the end of the day, the way that the Hanlong deal was put together was to make it look attractive to shareholders. If you can't keep to the deal you make, then take your medicine. They made the excuse that Hanlong needed to give the Banks further guarantees to extend it last time, what will it be this time.

    What choice do the Directors have but to extend the deadline, it would take some guts to impose the penalties on Hanlong, they hold all the aces.

    This management have made some bad choices in the past, it was almost a case of winding up the company. Hanlong came along and picked up a majority holding very cheaply. Its still a good investment even at its current S/P. What could it have been is the question.
