    I wouldnt guarantee that.

    I follow oilers pretty darn closely, and they dont appear to go up just before wells get spudded any more.

    Oilex is the poster child - it went down from 27 cents to about 20 cents during the run-up to drilling Connolly.

    Innaminka hasnt budged while Crocus is being drilled.

    And so on.
