Based on your prudent corporate embargo we would need BFS for Kangwane and Mbila and the documents for the vote on the ill fated (for us) Mbila transaction. After all the directors know why Mbila has been put back and what the numbers had said, we have not so while a good idea your basis of good corporate governance would suggest it is many months (do we know the date of the new Mbila BFS?) before Mbila is public knowledge and they are free to buy....I guess you are assuming Mr Tarrant our wonderful PR manager will not be buying.
